July to September

It has been over two months since my last post. Since then I have completed my Ironman, and dealt with the feelings of boredom and lack of focus since then. I took about two full weeks off training, and then started to get back into some light training.
Over the last few weeks the training has got more structured. I am back running with Sportsworld running club, and can already see improvements there. I am going to try to keep a record here of the training that I do manage to maintain between now and Christmas.
The rugby season has started again, and I am sitting here trying to recover from a hangover. Though it was great to relax with friends at the match.
For the next few months I hope to maintain two swims, three bikes and minimum three runs a week.
Anyway it is time now to start it off again………
